2 Real Estate Snitch Wednesdays’-Jason Kidd

The Real Estate Snitch is snitchen again and this time I'm snitching on The Kidd!!!

(Jason Kidd) that is!!

Jason Kidd plays guard for the Dallas Mavericks team who won the 2011 championship the Kidd has listed his home at the Azure condo project in Dallas, Texas. Jason purchased the 2,607 square foot unit back in 2008 for just under $1.5 million.  Looks like the Kidd is putting the lock on this home because he is now selling for $1.595 million it seems that Kidd has taken the advice of his real estate agent not to go much higher than what he purchased the condo for he is only asking

$95,000 more of what he paid for it. I guess that was a smart move considering today’s market. I must say that the Snitch is nonetheless impressed with the Kidd's determination to get his property sold. Check out his impressive condo.

2 Blue and Green Living Rooms

OK I realize that when we are decorating we may have a pacific color in mind so I made it my business to make sure you can get inspiration from each color family,color combination and color by room. Today I wanted to inspire you with all the blue and green or green and blue living rooms from this blog. Here they are and I hope you like what you see.

This is a room that I call bold and fearless because the designer went for it on this one. This room comes from my bold room colors post. Check that post out also because it too has a lot of fun ideas and inspiration.

Just in case you like a variety of the color blue and green living rooms here is one that is a little on the darker side of the color wheel but nonetheless is a blue and green living room. This comes from my post of  Color Crush-Dark Blue this room shows that you don't need that much of one or the other to make your color point of a color combination. As you can see there is very little of the green in here but the point is made.

Now here is a great idea one wall of wallpaper on the focal point wall! How cool is that and check out the the pop of green wing back Queen Ann chairs and did you catch the pattern fabric on the back of the chairs?  Just lovely.... This photo is from Color Crush-Blue and Green4

This Living room is absolutely beautiful and blue and green!! Now if you cant get inspiration from this then you don't want a blue and green living room!!! I love the blue and green pattern roman shades how lovely (WOW)I love it!!

This room is amazing and I'm sure you're tired of hearing me say just how amazing a room is but I cant help it!! This room will give you a lesson in design and balance check how the designer designed this lovely room the walls are white and everything else is green and blue using the white walls as her backdrop and letting the pops of blue and green shine through. If a lesson is what you need in decorating a room in this color combination consider this room as your teacher.

OMG I love that kidney sofa its just beautiful and how about the blue and green lamp isn't it lovely? Now did you catch that there are two different lamps on either side of the sofa one standing lamp and one table lamp with a white shade? Most people wouldn't think to do that but the continuity comes from the green glass in the lamp-base and the green glass in the standing lamp now that makes it very doable.

Hey!! Nothing to say but WOW!!

Check out the sitting arrangement in this green and blue living room- Back to Back four green chairs what a creative concept. This is a great idea for a large room!! This is a good way to bring a long room together.  This room is creative on all levels; if you want to bring and blue and green and not just be all blue and green bring in some other colors to break it up, for that pop of color surprise. See we have green chairs, blue table and a pop of rainbow color art what a surprise!!! This room invites all that's interesting to the party.

What a way to bring in different patterns and colors green and blue , light and dark colors coming together and making a beautiful statement in this room!! Check out how the interior designer bring in the light blue and green and then couple it with the dark blues and greens. Just breathtaking

I must say that each week I research a new designer I am pleasantly impressed with the designs I see.   I am sure I’m agreed upon after looking at the photos above. I especially love the fourth photo with the wall of textured panels that just set me off in a captivating frenzy for that beautiful room. 0 Color Crush- Green

Well here I go again Crushing on a color and what color am I crushing on now? That's right the color green but not any green dark vibrant green. Check out these beautiful green interior rooms decors.

 I have to express my feelings about this room. When I first saw this room I knew that I was crushing hard on green. I absolutely love this room check out the green window coverings and that lovely green chair I am in love with this crush!!!

The tufted green sofa is just amazing  I love the color green the sofa is wearing!! This is what I was talking about when I said vibrant green. I just love it

 

The green in this sofa is more like a olive color and I think its beautiful with the beautiful blue and white pillows with the white chair and blue and white pillow this fits right in with my color crush blue and green

WOW!!! is this a burst of the color green!!!!  This room is amazing, one will think this is to much green but as you can see the interior designer knew what he/she were doing when this room was planed. The color is balanced so nicely with just enough of blue in the rug which helps this color work. I am truly crushing on this room. Oh by the way I love the wooden sofa the craftsmanship on it is nothing less than amazing

Now what can I say about this green bath!!! This is a work of art. The designer wasn't afraid to use all the green on the walls and the floors because he/she knew that it will balance once the white was added with the tub and vanity very nice.

What a relaxing space to sit and read a book but how about them green window coverings along with the green wall. What a crush!!!

Let’s bring the outside in with this beautiful burst of green forest wallpaper. This room had me crushing all day long. This is very striking!!!

Normally when you think of flowers on window coverings I'm sure you think of grandma's house but not in this room these flowers are seeing a new day in the living room. I guess what goes around comes back around. Love it

Check out this runway model with her beautiful purple and gold color dress and looking at the living room you can see.that the colors are right on

What a bold color the runway model is wearing that loud yellow color with a hint of gold shining through in the belt. when you look at the rooms interiors you can see the coffee table is making a statement with the hint of the rusted gold shining through in the wheels. You can clearly see that both interior designer and runway designer is making a bold statement. I just love it!!!

Now what can I say about the Gucci runway inspiration!!! Hey this is full of texture and casual elegance love the leather and the grays and brown and the grass cloth on the walls this room is beautiful on all levels
