4 I'm Feeling Kind of Wacky Moody- Mood board

Hi dear friends today I'm feeling a kind of way a bit moody! Yup you guessed it. I will like to share a mood-board I did. Now bare with me it’s a little bit crazy in I indicate the style is a bit wacky but so am I at times but just what are mood boards? Well they tell a story a story about what kind of mood you’re in rather it’s a color scheme or a feel you may be feeling.

I love mood boards because they allow you to put yourself in a place that is not built yet. It’s like dating before getting married with mood boards you can date the room before you buy it. Better yet you have the chance to see what that room looks like before you actually buy all the furniture in it.  Now a lot of what I do is what you call e-design an e-design is a bit different than a mood-board because I show you just what your actual room looks like in 3d form before you actually go shopping to purchase furniture and then I break it down for you into a mood board. Now friends how cool is it to know what your room will look like before you purchase a single thing? Wouldn’t it be fun knowing your making the right choice for your room before you make a decision on a sofa or chair that can be costly? Knowing what size sofa will fit in your room will keep you for making a costly mistake
Now Friends all these reason makes a good case for e-design but more important an e-design can cost much less than hiring an onsite Interior designer and guest what the deign can be just as good if accurate notes and measurements are taken from the e-designer beaus cause in some respect you help with doing some of the leg work the designer has to do when coming out to your home so in that what’s make e-design less costly. But enough chitchat let’s check out my wacky design mood while this isn’t an actual room I will be showing you in the weeks to come some real room e-designs I’ve done recently so here is my wacky mood board.
This is what I call my wacky mood board. Now check out how this mood board comes to life in e-design below.

This is the reason I call this room Wacky mood board but it was fin tho bring these colors together and watch it go from an mood board to a room in 3d form.

Friend’s thank you for checking out this Wacky mood board make sure to come back next time to see an actual room designed to scale  by me in e-design form and then you can see how your real room can look in actual room shape and your real room measurements.

5 Weekly Interior Designer Moment- Christopher Lowell

Hello friends it’s been a while sense we done a weekly Interior designer moment and I can’t wait to speak about this week’s Interior Designer Christopher Lowell. Friends have you ever done something and said you were going to save the best for last or saved your best food for last? Well what I'm trying to point out is Christopher Lowell is one of my all time favorite designers and for a while I've been saying I'm going to save blogging about him for last because in my opinion he is one the best Interior designers in the industry. Now this had me thinking what if there were no tomorrow or no next blog then I would have robbed you of one of the best designers in the industry and friends I just can’t allow myself to wait for such a good thing any longer so friends without further ado allow me to introduce you to one of my favorite designers Christopher Lowell

Born with the name Richard Lowell is now known as AKA Christopher Lowell an interior decorator and television personality. Christopher Lowell is famous for his television shows “Interior Motives""It's Christopher Lowell!" and one of his latest "Christopher Lowell Show," He even won a Daytime Emmy for his earlier TV shows. Today you can find his line of office products at Office Depot and 3 Day Blinds at Jo-Ann Stores but no that’s not it if you want to dig deeper into this designer he also have written several best-selling books like If you can dream it, you can do it!

Friends are you asking why I’m so impressed with this guy. I have to tell you, “years ago I was turning the channel and there he was this guy telling ordinary people "You Can do it! He was nothing short of amazing and encouraging to the designers who were just starting out. See friends when I moved into my first apartment I had no clue I was a designer but people will come over to my house and say things like wow your house is beautiful you should be an interior designer and I was like will I’m not a designer I’m just a normal person who did a good job decorating my house but the noise wouldn’t stop I kept hearing it (you should be an interior designer) but I was always afraid because my house and someone else house is a different thing.

Well friends after watching and listening to Christopher Lowell’s famous words “You can do it” from there on he was my motivator my inspiring go to guy so I proceeded to go for it and listen to all the noise of my friends and family who said (you should be an interior designer) and yup I did it I went to school to learn the technical things about Interior design and yes friends as you may know I now have the courage to decorate and design other people homes.  Enough about me Christopher Lowell is sooo creative I mean this guy can design a shoe box and I’m not kidding check out some of his cool and creative designs.
I love the placement and balance of this room with large ceilings and substantial height throughout.
Beautiful!
He knows exactly the right place to put the greenery.
A comfortable office.
On one of his TV shows
Love
Christopher Lowell used inspiration from boutique hotels and each homeowner's taste to create this balanced retreat.

Friends what I love most about this guy is his ability to share of himself and his cool design ideas with others he never shy away from helping everyday people with decorating their homes he is a pillar in the design industry and people should know he was one of the first designer who stepped out on the scene to help everyday people way before there were a HGTV , trading spaces, and a lot of above TV shows. Interior Designer Christopher Lowell  paved the way for many of us designers today and that is why I have ample respect for him.  I hope you can be inspired by the designer who inspired me to do it. Thanks Christopher Lowell I’m doing it!!
