4 "Real Estate Snitch Wednesdays'"- Will Smith

Now this is a story all about how the Real Estate Snitch, snitched out the house of The Men in Black star Will Smith’s home While filming Men in Black III in 2010, Will Smith rented the stylish NoHo apartment for a reported $55,000 per month. Now I liked to take a minute just sit right there and tell you how I became the Real estate snitch of a home on Bond Street. This is one of only eight units in a boutique building on Bond Street. This residence offers five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms spread over 7,300 square feet of living space. The contemporary Digs are now on the market for $19.5 million. Wow no wonder the rent was so high.  This is a far cry from west Philadelphia where Will Smith was born and raised On the playground where he spent most of his days Chillin out, maxin, relaxing all cool, And all shooting some b-ball outside of the school When a couple of guys who were up to no good Started making trouble in his neighborhood, when his mom got scared because of little fight and sent him to move with his auntie and uncle!!! Well you know the rest.
I guess his mom should be more worried because her son is apparently fighting more than people!!! He’s fighting aliens in the movie Men in Black III.  Will Smith was forced to move into an apartment while he was filming the movie.  Apparently the stylish NoHo apartment was fresh enough for a prince (Fresh Prince) that is. Check out the inside of the actor's temporary crib.

What do you think about renting this apartment for $55, 000 a month?

If money allowed, would you rent this place for that amount? Just seems like a whole lot of money to go to waste.  Personally I would have found a friend in the area and slept on their couch for a while but that's just me.

If you want to buy this place and not waste your money on renting  you can purchase it for a Fresh Price of $19.5 million

Wow! That's really cool. I love the shotgun style of the apartment & clean lines. It's a real beauty...but I guess at that price-point, it should be :) -Kristy

Yes at that price your right it should be that nice. The lines are nice and clean and most important for the realtor its show-house ready staged nicely.

Not bad but too much light. Too many windows. Parts of it look like an office instead of a home, too impersonal.

Chris I think your right!! If that's not your style this home can feel a bit cool and impersonal, contemporary style is not for everyone. I guess he was thinking he's at work why not let my office be me home. All business ha!!!
